Extraction, not ripping

Most "extractors" rip audio out of the compressed video track, stacking a second round of lossy encoding on top of the first. When TikTok exposes the original sound file separately — which it does for most posts — this extractor takes that file directly. No rip, no second compression.

When only the video track exists, the audio is encoded once at 192k, 44.1 kHz stereo — above the quality TikTok serves in the first place.
